First Steps Nursery is located within the Yateley School campus, offering full day care in 4 rooms over 3 buildings. First Steps Nursery caters for children aged 3 months to school age.

About First Steps Nursery

The day nursery and pre-school are both located in the grounds of Yateley School and take children from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

First Steps Day Nursery is able to provide full time care for 24 children aged 3 months to 21 months in our baby rooms and 16 children aged 21 months to 2.5 years in our toddler room.

Little Learners aims to provide high quality care and education for children aged between 2.5 and 3.5 years.

First Steps Pre-School aims to provide high quality care and education for up to 48 children aged between 3.5 and 5 years.

User Cost/Charge Information
Please go to the website for more information including details about early years funding, which subsidises the cost of attendance for eligible children aged 9 months+. Children who are confirmed as eligible will be offered up to 30 free early years education hours per week for 38 weeks (if you choose this funding option this will mean you will be charged full price in all the school holidays), which totals 570 hours for your child’s eligible funding year. As First Steps are open for 51 weeks per year you can also choose a stretched offer which entitles your child to 22 hours per week throughout the year and not pay full price in the school holidays.
