About Forces Employment Charity

Forces Employment Charity offers employment-based support to anyone who is part of the armed forces community. Their audience is comprised of veterans, Service leavers (veterans within their first two years of civilian life), spouses and partners of veterans and currently serving personnel, ex-spouses/ex-partners and widows of veterans and serving personnel, and young people (aged 16-24 years) who have/had a parent/carer who has served/is serving in the UK Armed Forces.

Forces Employment Charity provide bespoke support which is tailored to the needs of the individual. This may be support to secure employment or training, but it is also recognised that not all of their clients are employment-ready, so they provide programmes of support to help them to reach this point. In addition, they deliver Op Nova in partnership with the NHS to support veterans who are within or at risk of becoming involved with the criminal justice system.
