Hareshill Community Centre opened in 2025 - a brand new, bright and welcoming community centre with easy access. Free parking is available on site.

Room hire:
* Main Hall: The main hall is 6.08m x 15.38m. The Hall’s capacity depends on the event you are planning and the layout required.
The hall can be combined with the meeting room by retracting the acoustic (sound-proof) partition.
* Meeting Room: (4.98m x 3.84m) - suitable for meetings of up to 12-14 people with comfortable chairs and meeting table. Tables are fold-down giving flexibility to offer a small hall space for hire also.
The Centre is equipped with 12 tables (each 183 x 76cm) and 90 chairs. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the premises.
The kitchen is adjacent to the hall and it is equipped with a double range oven, larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher and boiling water (instant hot water) tap.

About Crookham Village Parish Council

Crookham Village Parish Council (CVPC) consists of 8 parish councillors elected for 4-year term. CVPC manages Hareshill Community Centre, Zebon Community Centre and adjacent play areas and playing fields together with the open space at Lea Green and that play area as well as funding minor works on public footpaths etc. The full parish council normally meets on the first Monday of each month (except August) in the Hareshill Community Centre (GU51 5EN). An Annual Parish Meeting is held in April each year at which parishioners are invited to express their views on local matters. At the Annual General Meeting in May, councillors are selected for the various posts within and external to the council for the following year. Sub-committees meet monthly in Zebon Community Centre on planning, and finance and human resources.

User Cost/Charge Information
Rates for regular users are available from the Centre Manager. Casual or one-off hires: Sun-Thurs, Fri & Sat before 18.00 (min 3 hours chargeable). Main Hall £31.20 per hour (Min £93.60). Meeting Room £14.40 per hour. Fri & Sat after 18.00 (min 3 hours chargeable). Main Hall £39.00 per hour (Min £117.00). Meeting Room £14.40 per hour. All rates include VAT and are per hour. A minimum charge of 3 hours will be levied for casual/ad-hoc bookings, and total booking times must be in increments of no less than ½ hour.
