Hart & Rushmoor Young Carers

About

Young carers are children and young people who take on practical and/or emotional caring responsibilities that would normally be expected of an adult. The Hart and Rushmoor Young Carers service offers support to young carers and their families, who live in Hart and Rushmoor districts in North East Hampshire. Support to young people includes access to weekly club sessions just for young carers by age groups during term-time, outings and residential trips during school holidays. In-school support, signposting support for other family members, and additional support for young adult carers up to 24 years is also part of the service.
