About

How Are You Today is a friendly support group for working-age people living with long-term health conditions. RHL understand the challenges of navigating life with a health condition, especially when work isn't an option. If you are between 18 - 68 years old and living with a long-term health condition, join this community and connect with others who truly understand and offer support.

What is on offer:
* Weekly online coffee mornings: connect with others over a virtual cup of coffee.
* Monthly online expert talks: such as specialists on topics like pain management, boosting confidence, exercise, menopause, sleep, and occupational therapy.
* Supportive Facebook group: share experiences, ask questions, and find encouragement in a positive online community.
* Monthly face-to-face catch-ups: when you feel ready, meet up with fellow members at local hubs for in-person support and social interaction.

About Rushmoor Healthy Living (RHL)

No-one should feel alone & isolated or feel unable to take part in activities due to ill-health, physical disabilities, cultural barriers, poor language skills or financial constraints. RHL are passionate about supporting people to address the barriers they face and improve their quality of life. RHL run affordable, friendly exercise & rehabilitation classes in Rushmoor and parts of Hart District.

Alongside exercise classes, RHL also offer a number of opportunities for you to access support for your health and wellbeing. These include support to stop smoking, talks on healthy blood pressure, nutrition and weight management, first aid training, youth nutrition workshops, exercise classes for Nepalese community members.
