TalkPlus: NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety & Depression

About

TalkPlus is a team of therapists, counsellors and advisors who are here to help people by offering a range of useful tools and therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling for depression. They offer support through various options, these include courses as well as one to one sessions and can be delivered over the telephone, through online video appointments or face to face.

For anyone wanting to access support quickly and with a specific focus, TalkPlus can offer a FAST session to help you focus on a specific issue, just refer as normal and ask about a FAST appointment.

TalkPlus are here to help anyone who is feeling stressed, anxious, low in mood or depressed. We also offer support with managing and adjusting to the challenges of physical health difficulties. We offer priority appointments to military veterans and people who are pregnant or have had a child in the last 12 months. Self-help resources on a range of topics are available to view and download from our website and include booklets, worksheets, video modules, MP3 podcasts and Mindfulness Audio Meditations

TalkPlus covers GP surgeries in: Fleet, Yateley, Church Crookham, Crondall, Blackwater, Aldershot, Farnborough, and Farnham. TalkPlus encourages referrals from older adults and minority ethnic groups and an interpreting service can be arranged where needed. NHUC Same Day Care operates 24/7 to provide a range of primary care services. NHUC Same Day Care works with NHS 111, local hospitals and GP practices to deliver services that help to get you back to your best.

TalkPlus is the NHS Talking Therapies service for North-East Hampshire & Farnham. We are an easy to refer to, friendly and approachable service providing free NHS therapy for people aged 16 and above registered to surgeries in Farnborough, Farnham, Fleet, Aldershot, Church Crookham, Blackwater and Yateley.
