The Duke of Edinburgh's Award - Open Centres - Hampshire

About

Hampshire County Council supports 13 Duke of Edinburgh's (DofE) Award Open Centres across the county, two of which are located in Hart District (Fleet and Hook) and three more over the borders in Alton, Old Basing and Basingstoke, with a specialist SEND DofE Open Centre in Andover (note there are plans for a new SEND DofE Centre in Hook in late 2023). Open Centres can accept requests to participate from any young person who is not able to get a place at their school or uninformed group DofE award scheme.
The Hart DofE Open Centre (SEND young people only) holds its sessions on Wednesday evenings offering Bronze Award - contact email address - hartsendodc@gmail.com
The Hook DofE Open Centre holds its sessions on Tuesday evenings offering Bronze, Silver & Gold Awards - contact email address - hookdofe@gmail.com. Expeditions at weekends will also be part of the activity. DofE Centres are all run by volunteers. Full details about the Duke of Edinburgh's Award at the web-site below.
