The Hook Shed

The Hook Shed will be a space where people can pursue practical interests, practice skills and enjoy making and mending. It will foster social connections, build friendships and be somewhere to share skills and knowledge, with plenty of laughter along the way.

The Hook Shed will have its own base in North East Hook (next to the new Rugby Club facilities). In the meantime, you can find out about joining as a member and getting involved in community projects around the village.

About The Hook Shed

Men's Sheds (or Sheds) are similar to garden sheds, a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending. The difference is that garden sheds and their activities are often solitary in nature while Men's Sheds are the opposite. They are about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter.

User Cost/Charge Information
Suggested annual donation of £2.00 or more is encouraged on joining, until the shed is established when fees will be increased.
