About Hook Care Group

Hook Care Group is a member of the Good Neighbours Network. They provide low cost car transport to medical appointments for local residents in Hook and Rotherwick who would have difficulty using other forms of transport. Their drivers are volunteers and DBS checked. If you are interested in using their service or would like more information please call their dedicated telephone number.
