Yateley & District Gardening Society

About

The Yateley & District Gardening Society currently has around 100 members. Apart from horticultural activities, their programme of events include group visits to formal houses and gardens, regular talks from experts on a wide range of topics, and a Christmas party. You do not have to be a member to attend their meetings. So if you are an interested beginner, a seasoned gardening veteran or just like gardening, you will be very welcome to join them. To find out more about the Society or if gardening is one of your favourite pastimes, please do contact them. Meetings on the 2nd Tuesday evening of the month at St Swithun's Church Centre.

About Yateley & District Gardening Society

The Yateley & District Gardening Society (YDGS) was established in 1967 by a few local amateur gardeners who were keen to get together and share gardening knowledge and experiences. The Society is affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society and has a pass that can be loaned to members for admission to RHS gardens giving 30% discount off the admission charge. Our nearest RHS garden is at Wisley about 20 miles from Yateley.
