About

Winchfield Village Hall is located next to the Winchfield Inn and is a short walk downhill from the Winchfield railway station. The hall regularly hosts dance lessons, yoga, pre-school football, and a fencing club. Examples of events include a bingo night with a supper organised by Women of Winchfield and coffee mornings. Facilities at the hall are normally available for the use of hirers between 8am and 11pm and on exceptional cases these hours may be extended on application to the Management Committee. It is easily accessible with parking spaces including disabled. The venue has a suggested maximum capacity of 80 people.

Facilities include:
A large main hall with modern ceiling lighting, large windows and polished wooden floors and a barre for dance (classes). The hall is very well used and includes WiFi, a new sound system, a hearing loop, and 75 inch smart TV providing hirers with the facilities and equipment for presentations, film evenings, children’s parties and meetings. Other event equipment available for use include tables and chairs and a portable stage.

The Gale meeting room provides additional space for main hall hirers. It is a multi-functional space which can be used for meetings, as a break-out room, as a green room for prep, and equipment build/store room. It is able to accommodate 16-20 people.

A commercial-grade kitchen is available for use with a large electric fridge, hot/cold water, hot water urns, kettles, teapots, cutlery and crockery.

Winchfield Village Hall has one main hall, a smaller meeting room and well equipped kitchen. The venue is used for a variety of activities, groups and meetings. The hall is managed by village residents who are all volunteers.

User Cost/Charge Information
