Fleet Communicare provide transport to medical appointments only for those who do not have access to their own transport. Please call the Duty Officer at least 48 hours before your appointment to discuss your requirements. First time clients will need to register with Communicare in advance. Trips to local hospitals such as Frimley Park Hospital. Duty Officer is available Monday - Friday: 10.00-13.00.

About Fleet & District Voluntary Care Scheme (Communicare)

Fleet and District Voluntary Care Scheme (Communicare) is the voluntary car driver scheme for Fleet, Church Crookham, Dogsmersfield and Crookham Village. Transport is provided by volunteer drivers to medical appointments to various hospitals. medical centres and local GP surgeries for those who face barriers to accessing public transport or do not have their own transport. Please call the Duty Officer to make an appointment - the telephone is manned 10.00-13.00 Mondays to Fridays. If you are a new user of the service, you will need to register first.

User Cost/Charge Information
Donations are requested to cover the cost of mileage for the volunteer driver. There is a suggested rate of donations depending on the distance of the journey.
