Fleet & Aldershot Aikido Clubs' training sessions take place on the following days/times:

Hart Leisure Centre (Fleet): Tuesdays : 20:00 - 22:00 - General Class
Maida Gym (Aldershot): Wednesdays : 19:45 - 21:45 - Weapons Class. Fridays : 19:45 - 21:45 - General Class. Sundays : 09:30 - 11:30 - High Grade Class. (Please note that entrance to Maida Gym is via Scarlets Road).

About Fleet Aikido Club

Fleet Aikido Club is a not for profit martial arts club that has been running an Aikido club at the Hart Leisure Centre for over 30 years. The club teaches a non-competitive martial art (Aikido) to a wide variety of people ranging from 10 yrs old upwards (the oldest student taught was 82 before he relocated to Ipswich). The club has taught students with disabilities, although each student with a disability would need to have a personalised risk assessment undertaken (this is due to safety limitations, after all this is a martial art). They currently teach 1 session a week at Hart Leisure Centre in Fleet, and 3 at the Maida Gym in Aldershot.
