The Wellness Centre at Hampshire Lakes offers a variety of exercise classes, including:
Aquafit - low impact class, which uses water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness and mobility.
Active Balance - Seated exercise focusing on cardiovascular fitness, strength and balance.
Better Balance - 30 minutes chair based exercise focusing on muscular strength and flexibility.
Circuits - Series of stations aiming to target different areas of the body.
Yoga - Exercise designed to synchronise breathing and movement in order to improve balance and strength.
Aerobics - Full body workout to build strength, cardio and mobility.
Supervised swimming/gym sessions

Other services include: Swimming pool. Beauty and spa treatments. Use of the gym.

Membership for the local community; Available to people over the age of 65 living in the local area, who have difficulties with mobility caused by their health.

About Hampshire Lakes Retirement Village

Anchor is England's largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for the over-55s. We provide services to over 35,000 older people. Hampshire Lakes is a new retirement village in Yatelye consisting of independent and assisted living accommodation and a 36-bed care home with additional amenities such as a fully equipped gym and pool, hair salon, shop, restaurant and bar.
