Regular activities that take place at the venue include: pilates, older adults exercise, older adults social, dance, choir, yoga. The Cross Barn also hosts regular public events - live stream theatre and concert events and films.

Room hire:
* The Great Hall - (13.2m x 7.2m) - The largest and most popular room is the Great Hall with its amazing and grand oak beams and under floor heating, perfect for large events, clubs/classes, fairs and parties. It also has a newly upgraded audio/visual system deploying the latest technology.
* King John's Loft - a small room upstairs which is suitable for meetings, and small gatherings.
These two rooms can be hired together to suit your needs as King John's loft can be a useful addition for larger events such as a break-out room, pre-event drinks or for buffet meals.
There is also a Terrace (10.6m x 4.3m) that can broaden your venue outside for drinks, a hog-roast , BBQ and gatherings before an event. The rooms and terrace are all supported by a newly upgraded kitchen, toilets and many other amenities.

Parking - There is a designated parking area in the forecourt close to the ramp walk way. There is also further parking for the Cross Barn at other designated areas nearby, providing parking for up to 24 cars for your event which is included in the hire charge.

About The Cross Barn

Located in the medieval village of Odiham, the Cross Barn was originally built in 1532 and is one of the earliest agricultural buildings built of brick in Hampshire. It is one of the jewels in the valuable collection of Odiham's historic buildings and was expertly converted in 1997. Since then the Barn has been carefully maintained with sensitive renovations to the interior rooms giving you the best possible experience for your events. Today, the Barn is a thriving community hub for the village and neighbouring villages, hosting a variety of activities and events for all ages.

User Cost/Charge Information
The Great Hall - Hourly rates: Weekdays - From Monday 9.00 - Friday 18.00. Education and Charitable £17.50. Private Hire £20. Weekends - From Friday 18.00 - Sunday 23.00. All Categories £33. The hiring fees include full use of the kitchen facilities with crockery and cutlery for 100 people, tables and chairs for 100, use of the sound system and south-facing terrace. King John's Loft Meeting Room - Hourly rates: £10.
All bookings must finish at 23.00 in accordance with the Cross Barn's licence. The Cross Barn is licensed to sell alcohol under the Licencing Act 2003. This facility may be used by arrangement with the manager and agreement of the license - fee £15.
