About MHA Communities - Hampshire North

MHA Communities - Hampshire North enable older people to stay living independently in their own homes for as long as possible, with the best possible quality of life. Through befriending, activity and friendship sessions, outings, escorts to appointments and much more, MHA Communities help to tackle loneliness and isolation in people over 60, helping them to live later life well.

Hart and Rushmoor activities available through the MHA Communities Hampshire North sheme include: Telephone befriending, Singing for Wellbeing in Farnborough, and social clubs in Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, and Yateley. The scheme's activities programme is designed and led by its members and volunteers to ensure that it is providing the practical and social support identified as a need.
