Elderly or disabled residents living in Hart District, and who are unable to move their waste and recycling containers to the kerbside for collection and have no able-bodied person to assist them can apply for Hart District Council's assisted collection service.To register for the service please complete and return the application form, which is available to download from the weblink below.
