Silent Storms is more than just a men’s talking group—it’s a lifeline for those who may not have another outlet. We provide a safe, welcoming environment for anyone who identifies as a man aged 18+ to come together, share their experiences, and receive peer to peer support. No judgment, no expectations—just an open space where men can talk freely about what’s on their minds. Whether it’s about mental health, relationship struggles, or daily life stresses, Silent Storms is here to listen.

Meetings are designed to be easy to attend and accessible to all men. No need for prior booking—just show up, and one of their mentors will be there to greet you with a cup of tea, coffee, and biscuits, ready to explain how the evening session works. In addition to meetings Silent Storms host a weekly Walk & Talk on Sunday mornings. These informal meet-ups take place at various locations and offer a great opportunity for men to connect in a more relaxed setting.

Group Sessions:
- Aldershot Greater Rushmoor Nepali Community - 1st Saturday of every month, 11.00-12.00
- Enterprise Centre, Aldershot - Mondays, 19.00-21.00
- Fleet Town Football Club - Thursdays 19.00-21.00

Sunday Walks:
- Sunday walk in Farnborough, Southwood Country Park, 10.30
- Sunday walk in Aldershot, meet at Wellington Statue, 10.00 with For Men To Talk (check their website for the fortnightly dates).
